I started this Tarot Deck project back in December 2020 as a way to learn more about the craft itself but I was also compelled to make a deck that represented black characters in this regard so there is more representation in this field as occult spiritual practices are met with the modernity of today. As the deck goes on, I feel I've found a sweet spot where I've combined vibrant color, abstract patterns, and cartoon symbolism to culminate a deck that has a joyful lure and encourages Tarot readers of all experience to delve into the fun side of spirituality. All cards were done using Prismacolor pencils and markers on paper (~7"x4.5")
